Our Strengths

Coy Balboni Environmental, Inc. (Coy Balboni) is an environmental consulting firm specializing in air permitting, regulatory compliance, and air monitoring.  Coy Balboni provides high quality air consulting and monitoring services to a variety of industrial clients based in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, New York, Illinois, Michigan, and more.  Our clients include, but are not limited to, coke manufacturers, chemical manufacturers, tar refiners, and oil and gas operators (including production, processing, transmission and distribution).

The firm was founded in October 2015.  The founders of Coy Balboni, Ms. Kimberly Coy and Mr. Eric Balboni, have been in the environmental business, specifically specializing in air permitting and regulatory compliance, for over 20 and 10 years, respectively.  Ms. Coy is a Civil and Environmental Engineer from the University of Pittsburgh, and serves as President of Coy Balboni.  Prior to start-up of Coy Balboni, Ms. Coy served as the air specialist for a gas company's unconventional US operations, and previous to that was the Air Permitting and Compliance Manager at an environmental consulting firm in Pittsburgh.  Mr. Balboni is a Chemical Engineer from Penn State University and serves as Vice President of Coy Balboni.  Mr. Balboni has spent his career in the environmental consulting arena, providing air permitting and compliance services
